~ Fingerpaint Friday ~
Waking up early this morning, Collette and I ate some peanut butter and jelly toast for breakfast before getting the paints out. Collette started painting, and reached out to touch the cabinet closest to her, and in doing so she also got paint on the floor. Thankfully it’s easily cleaned up! After painting, Collette took a bath with her rubber ducky collection, which is pretty large currently, and played in the tub for a while.
In a couple of hours, we’ll be loading up in the car for the two-hour drive to Fairmont, Minnesota. We’ll be picking up my little sister Kayla and her friend so they can spend the weekend here. Monday is Kayla’s birthday, so we have a fun packed weekend!
After picking up Kayla and her friend, we’ll be headed back to the cities for a night of bowling and fun at Brunswick. Then off to bed to rest up for an early morning tomorrow at the Minnesota Zoo!

In painting the cabinet and floor, Collette hardly got any paint on the paper! But here is what she did paint. Silly kid!
